Good value for your money but not effective

I decided to try them because they were gifted to me but I was not impressed. First of all they give off a weird smell. Secondly they always seemed to leak through. For Costco brand I had much higher expectations but even though you get a lot for the cost, I don't feel like it's worth it when they constantly leak.
