Very interesting as I've never used a lip liner that you apply outside your lips. I kind of had to remind myself as I was applying! Went on really smooth and I can see now why you would apply it outside your lips. Can't wait to see the staying power of it.

lines lips nicely and defines them but a little over priced

Excited about this universal lip liner! Creamy and doesn't tug on your lips as you put it on.

I have never thought to buy a lip liner that doesn't show up, but I am pleasantly surprised! It's a little hard to tell if it's going on because you can't see it, however you can feel it. I will have to see how my lips look in a few hours, to see if my lipsticks stays in place!

This is a great price for a clear liner. It doesn't pull and it actually comes with instructions which is nice for liner newbies!
