I buy various cheese's all the time and I love Kraft products in general, biased, perhaps? I am a huge cheese lover and I love all the varities Kraft offers with it's brick cheese's. Majority of the time you will find the brick cheese on sale for around $3.99 (Pretty good price).
It works well shredded, I tend to eat a lot of salads and shred's well or cubed.

I generally only buy Kraft cheese if its on sale. It has a nice creamy taste just not my style as I don`t generally like cheese very much. I like Kraft singles more. But I would recommend it to anyone who loves cheese.

This block of cheese is rubbery and has a strange texture. Comparing it to other block cheeses on the market this one is sub par. I wouldn't recommend it, and won't be buying it again unless it is on a very crazy sale.

I frequently buy Kraft Brick Cheese. I buy Pizza Mozzarella for our weekly home-made Pizza and its great on Lasagna too. I also always buy Old Cheddar, we use it on Fajitas, add it to Pizza, add it to Lasagna, Fettuccine.

Kraft is my go to brick cheese brand but unfortunately due to price I do not buy it very often as of late unless it is on sale.I also have noticed that the size of the large bars have gone from 500 grams to 450 grams.So the price went up but you get less.We use a lot of cheese is our house so I usually buy other brands.Love the cheese but not the value.
