I bought this tape because I have seen a lot a good reviews about it but I was very disappointed.

I tried it on my lower back and honestly it was so frustrating, the tape just wouldn't stay on and kept coming off even tho I followed all the instructions. I ended up returning it. It's almost like the glue/ stickiness was all dried up.

I have limited range of motion of my arm, shoulder and back on my right side due to a shoulder injury. I purchased this tape to help support the tendons in my shoulder/back to make running more comfortable for a race I was preparing for. It was a great price, and I love the instructional videos online make it really easy to understand how it works and how to use it. It definitely made a difference in my training because I had less pain. Unfortunately however, due to my limited range of motion in my arm, I was unable to put the KT tape on myself (and often unable to take it off myself either). This was frustrating and extremely inconvenient because It meant I had to rely on someone else and wait on someone else in order to train. For this reason, I see this being more beneficial for someone who doesn't have range of motion issues.

It is an athletic tape that pulls the muscle away from the lymph nodes allowing more lymph to drain and heal injured muscles. It comes in a variety of colours (I match to my outfit), and sizes. It's a bit expensive ($19.99), but so worth it
