Helps a lot

I like this product because it helps a lot. With my bad ankle it gives it the support it needs so it does not hurt as much while walking. For my shoulder it helps with the pain.

Carpal, it band, tennis elbow, you name it!

This product us a game changer if you have a repetitive use injury and are working to stengthen and get better.
It supports and ASSISTS the muscles so that pain is lessened and movement is aided.
My hubby works in construction and thus tape helps him even when he's suffering a bit of pain from the previous day.
One application can last up to 5 days if you are careful to avoid with lotions and overuse of body wash etc.

It is an athletic tape that pulls the muscle away from the lymph nodes allowing more lymph to drain and heal injured muscles. It comes in a variety of colours (I match to my outfit), and sizes. It's a bit expensive ($19.99), but so worth it
