We were die hard Kureg fans

For the past 5 years we have owned nothing but kureg. For the longest time we had the single serve models, which meant we had to buy a coffee pot to accommodate for filling my husband's thermos for work. When the duo came out we bought it instantly. It solved all our problems, or so we thought. We never had an issue with our single serves. We used it for about 3 months, it began making the pots of coffee really slowly. We then purchased the cleaner and followed the trouble shooting instructions on the Kureg site. It still continued to make a pot slowly, then it began only brewing half a pot, then it barely brewed anything. We tried all the trouble shooting the site suggested and nothing helped. We ultimately ended up tossing it out. We were super disappointed as we were die hard kureg fans.
