I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. La Roche-Posay makes one of the best sunscreens on the market so I did not hesitate to try out the micellar water ultra. There are good points and bad points about this product. I really liked how easy it was to remove my waterproof mascara, basically in one swipe. My skin felt clean, but a bit sticky, after using, but I did not have the urge to re-wash my face. What I didn't like was the packaging. It should be easy to pour a product on to a cotton pad without having to use a lot of guess work. If you put even a bit of pressure on the bottle, the water pours out like crazy. Sephora makes a comparable product where you actually press down on the lid with a cotton pad and the product comes out. The price point is a little high for what you get as well. Overall, the water does work as described, I just hope that they change the packaging.

I was given the opportunity to try out this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I have been using the Micellar Water for a few weeks now and there are some good features and bad features about it. First for the good. The water definitely cleans and removes mascara in just one swipe. My skin definitely felt clean afterwards and I did not have the temptation to re-wash my face. La Roche-Posay is a very respected brand, especially when it comes to sunscreen, however, with the Micellar Water ultra there are a few things that can be improved on. First of all, the packaging, in particular, the style of lid. I had to guess what kind of pressure to put on the bottle in order to get enough product out. Sounds simple, but it wasn't. At first the water didn't pour out very easily so I decided to put some pressure on the bottle. As soon as I did that, the product poured out. I highly recommend using the round cotton pads instead of a cotton ball when using this product. Much more effective when cleaning your skin. Secondly, the price is a little on the high side for what you get. There are comparable products on the market, with better packaging, that are a few dollars cheaper. Overall, I do like the micellar water ultra. It is the easiest way of removing waterproof mascara with very little effort. I just hope that they do re-design the packaging to make it easier to apply (see the Sephora water).

Though I have more of oily skin, I used this product and it really helped take off my makeup. Afterward I felt refreshed and clean. It was really easy to get the product out and it did not break me out. I have been using this for about 3 months and I am loving it.

I was given the opportunity to try a full-size bottle of La Roche-Posay Micellar Water for Reactive Skin for free from Chick Advisor. It did an excellent job of taking off my makeup including my long-wearing mascara without irritating my skin. It felt lovely and soothing. The only thin I did not like about it was that it felt as if it left a film on my skin. I ended up rinsing with water so that my moisturizer could be properly absorbed. I would certainly purchase this again since it did not leave my skin dry and flaky like most cleansers do.

I received La Roche-Posay Ultra Micellar Water for Dry/Reactive Skin free to try and am thankful for the opportunity. It is a really big bottle...it will last me forever, lol. I know from experience with other La Roche-Posay products they are high end and more expensive...but this is still just water, so to me it seems pretty overpriced. I like the convenience of this, when my face is feeling a little more oily or I am just too tired after work to do a full cleanse, I can just wipe my face and I do feel like it cleanses well.

I received to test as part of the product review club.

I found that although this is supposed to cleanse and tone and be an all-in-one product, I find it doesn't do a particularly good job at any one thing. I need to use multiple saturated cotton pads and multiple swipes to actually get my make-up off at the end of the day, and that uses a lot of the Micellar water. I feel like I need to cleanse first before I use it. I wanted to be, but I just wasn't impressed.

    #ultramicellar and #gotitfree.

I have used the micellar water and I have used it every day and night. I love the way it feels on my skin, it's like tiny bubbles going to work. The lovely feeling after my skin dries is soft and smooth. No redness or dryness even after a half hour. Which usually happens with other similar products. I let my daughter use it and she was also impressed. With dry skin from the harsh winter and winds, my daughter said that her skin felt so clean and fresh. I am very happy with this product.

I purposely put on waterproof mascara and a very sturdy lip lacquer to test La Roche-Posay Ultra Micellar Water, and it stepped up to the task.

So far, I've used two different brands of micellar water before Ultra and become a fan of the product and how easily and swiftly it removes makeup. So I wore makeup that was slightly difficult to remove without some elbow grease to really put Ultra through its paces.

It took a little longer to remove my eye makeup, but did a good job overall; my tinted moisturizer came off in a breeze, and it made speedy work of my lip lacquer. My one main complaint is that it left an absolutely TERRIBLE taste on my lips which makes me hesitant to use Ultra on my lip colour again.

Since I received this product free from ChickAdvisor to review, I will happily use it, but might think twice about purchasing it especially for $20.

This product works effectively, but I find even though it is meant for dry/reactive skin is is still too drying for mine. I don't have the same problem with other cheaper brands of micellar water and will continue to use that brand. I think this product might be better suited for me in the summer months when my skin tends to be less dry and reactive.

I received the La Roche-Posay Ultra Micellar Water from Chickadvisor for review purposes. Having tried several micellar waters on the market I was excited to give this a try, especially since I suffer from sensitive skin. I think this works well to remove makeup and leave my skin refreshed and clean.. It definitely doesn't leave my skin feeling tight as it claimed which I appreciate. I'm not sure about the anti-redness claim - I didn't really feel like it did that but it didn't make my skin any more red, which is good. I really like the fact that this is fragrance, colour, alcohol and paraben free. Overall, I could see myself purchasing this on my own!
