I knew a guy who managed a store and sold this product. I tried it out when one of his sales people raved about it and let me try it in store. It was wonderful. Bought it, took it home, It didn't work. My hands felt softer after using it but back to normal about 5 minutes later. When I asked him about it, he said that they are trained in store as to how to use it so the affects last longer so you'll buy it. Never buying from there again.
