It makes my lashes look healthy and preps them for the mascara. Cils Booster helps maintain my lashes by conditioning and strengthening them.. it’s a step I never omit in my makeup routine.

This primer leaves my lashes feeling... moisturized! While I don't use primer mascara on the daily, the product experience was an excellent one. My lashes look longer, fuller and lifted after a few swipes. My preference of a quick and simple make up look, means that I don't often pick this product up. I absolutely love this product. It tends to make my regular mascara last longer. Besides that it make my lashes look thicker and longer. Because of this product I’ve put off getting my lashes done. I know this is a lofty claim, but it gives me the additional volume and length I like. I have tried fake lashes in the past and I found it too much. For me it does the job and I like the results.

The primer greatly enhanced the volume and length of my lashes, and helped my mascara hold curls throughout the day. While applying both the primer and the mascara afterwords, the product did not clump. The product is pricey, but the extra volumized boost is a great alternative to fake lashes!
