Wedge of goodness

A little wedge of cheese that is great for snacking, on top of celery crackers. I have also filled mini peppers with it and baked them. So good! I have also popper them into some cauliflower fried rice for a hint of creaminess.

Perfect spreadable cheese !

I love the laughing cow line of spreadable cheese's ! They have so many incredible flavours but my favourite is there Creamy Swiss Herb and Garlic! The cheese itself is super creamy but still a little firm to provide the best spreading, it's almost the texture of cream cheese but creamier ! The flavour of herb and garlic is mild yet delicious, the light garlic flavour makes whatever you add it to a garlicy treat ! Stay away from this stuff if you don't want bad breath ! If you haven't tried laughing cow spreadable cheese in the flavour of herb and garlic you should deffently try it out !
