I understand the hype around the book, but as a woman who worked in corporate Canada and now as a stay at home mother, the message of this book does not resonate with me.

Lena In by Sheryl Sandberg is a book each working woman should read before she becomes a working mom and wife...there is give and take - and huge payoffs and pitfalls to any path you take. It is is a book I wish I had read months ago. We still have to ask for things, beg for equality - but now both at home and at work. Read it - it will bring up many discussions for you and your other girl friends!
