I used to get painful cystic acne on my face around my cycles and this cleanser has reduced them by 99%. A little goes a lonngggg way with this cleanser, one pump massaged into your skin and then cover and gently rub with a warm/hot washcloth to remove. It works great for makeup removal and it doesn't strip the natural oils from your skin mantle.
