Love this!!

Love this shimmering oil. It smells amazing and gives my skin such a pretty glow! I like to use it on my chest, legs and arms, especially if im wearing a dress. Also love the almond scent!

Pretty but not for me

The silky Almond Shimmering Oil absorbs quickly into the skin helping to nourish it and give it a beautiful glow, loved that !! 😍 Although I loved how it looked in the bottle I didn’t see much shimmer on my skin once I spread it evenly. I even pumped it 3 times to get more shimmer but I wasn’t satisfied. The hydration is definitely there but I would have loved to see more shimmer! Regardless it smelled good and was very hydrating but I wish it had more shimmer. I did like that it is rich in fatty acids and omegas 9. You should try it out and see if it works out for you!

This oil is absolutely gorgeous! It is my first time using it and I love it, the packaging is beautiful the applicator is so good and spill free, the glass bottle makes it feel so luxury but the best part is the fragrance omg it smells delicious, it absorbs super well and the skin feels amazing so hydrated and shiny I can’t stop to using it

Soft glow, luxe scent, but slightly greasy

I was really excited to try L’Occitane’s Shimmering Almond Oil for that effortless summer glow. In the bottle, it looks absolutely beautiful — golden, radiant, and full of promise. On the skin, the shimmer is much more subtle. It catches the light nicely in the sun, but I was hoping for a bit more visible glow like what you see in the packaging.

The scent is lovely. It’s lightly sweet with that signature almond warmth. It isn’t overpowering and blends nicely with perfume, which I really appreciated.

The texture is where it fell short for me. While it does leave the skin feeling soft and hydrated, I found it a little too greasy. It didn’t fully absorb and tended to sit on top of the skin, which led to some transfer.

Overall, this is a luxurious product with a soft shimmer and a beautiful scent. It’s probably best for days when you want to feel extra pampered and don’t mind a bit of residue. Not something I’d use every day, but definitely a treat for the senses.
