Good, but I wish the fragrance wasn't overwhelming

Summer is here and I want my skin to look shimmery and glowing, so I was expecting this to help with that. And, it did! I used this all over my body for a day outing. I liked how you only needed very little (I used a little too much). Unfortunately, the fragrance was nice but a bit overwhelming. Like I said, a little goes a long way. Other than that, the body oil quickly absorbed into my skin with no issues and not as much residue as I assumed I would feel and see on my hands. If you only use a little, this bottle can last a long time!

Lightweight glow for the summer

I love glowy skin specially during summer ‘cause I use a lot of shorts. I’m obsessed with this shimmering oil not only because of the glowy looks that it gives to my skin but because is super lightweight, it doesn’t feel heavy or greasy. My skin feels soft and smells amazing.

Smells amazing!

I recently received this oil and it is truly the best! This oil smells so good and the smell follows you all day longs. Also, this oil leaves your skin super hydrated and luminous. I’ve gotten so many compliments about the smells because it smells so good! Overall, this is my favorite oil now and will be restocking soon because I use it all the time!

I’m Obsessed!!

This body oil is the IT girl! It gives me such a nice golden soft glow. The shimmer is so pretty. I love how it’s not sticky and keeps me smelling so amazing all day. My skin feels so soft and hydrated after putting it on. I get a lot of compliments whenever I wear it. I love it all!

As someone who already loves L’Occitane’s well-known Almond line, I was curious to try their new Almond Shimmering Oil, especially with summer in full swing.

First impressions: the packaging is elegant, and the scent is exactly what you’d expect from this line—sweet, warm, and slightly nutty, which I personally love. It’s not overpowering but definitely lingers in a pleasant way.

The oil itself has a light texture and absorbs surprisingly well, leaving no greasy residue, which is a big plus. What stood out most was the instant glow it gave my skin—just the right amount of shimmer without looking glittery or overdone. On tanned or deeper skin, it probably looks even better.

In terms of hydration, it does a good job. I wouldn’t say it’s a heavy-duty moisturizer, but for warm weather, it’s enough to keep skin feeling soft and nourished, especially if used after a shower.
