Smells like a summer evening and leaves just the right amount of glow—less “twilight vampire,” more “sun-kissed deity lounging on a marble terrace.” It sinks in fast, no sticky residue, and somehow makes me feel like I’ve got my life together even when I definitely don’t. 10/10 would shimmer again.

I received this as a gift, and here’s my honest take: it’s truly beautiful. The oil feels light on the skin, absorbs quickly, and leaves a soft, golden shimmer that looks really natural, not glittery or sticky at all.

Gorgeous shimmer

A shimmery spectacular! This beautiful shimmering body oil from L’Occitane is a must have for your skincare routine. It quickly absorbs into the skin, leaving it soft and with a delicate shimmer. The sweet, gourmand almond smell of this oil brings it to another level. Not only does it feel great when im applying it but it also smells great. The finish on the skin to die for

Really like this body oil. It absorbs fast, moisturizes well, and doesn't feel greasy at all. The shimmer is super light - just enough to give a nice glow. And the scent is amazing, my boyfriend keeps saying how good it smells on me. Definitely something I'll keep using.

Beautiful oil

L’Occitane’s Almond Shimmering Oil has been wonderful for my skin. The texture is very lightweight with a beautiful shimmer that, when applied, absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feeling, yet the skin still feels hydrated and luminous, the almond scent is also very delicious. The shimmer looks very subtle, I like to use it on sunny days and also at night. I also find the bottle design beautiful it looks very fancy.

Makes my skin feel amazing and smells great!

After using this product on my skin for the last couple weeks, I am loving it! It has an easy to use pump top to apply the body oil. I like use it directly after showering. It instantly moisturizes my skin while adding the slightest shimmer than enhances the colour of my sun kissed skin. My skin is noticeably soft and supple after using. Last but not least, the scent is amazing! I absolutely love the soft almond scent. I first feel in love with the signature scent in their body wash and was delighted to enjoy it in this body oil as well.
