    Leaves skin shine free.

After aplying this clay mask my skin started to tingle and had a slight burning feeling. I still kept it on for the recommended ten minutes and was surprised when I rinsed it off and my skin wasnt even the slightest bit red. It did leave my skin looking matte but my normal to combination skin isnt overly oily in the first place.

Although this green eucalyptus clay mask looked fun I dislike the tightening feeling of clay masks and therefore would not purchase. However since I recieved a free sample I gave it a go.

Although I wouldnt buy this for my normal/combination skin I would reccomend it for someone with oily skin since it did remove what minimal oil I had on my skin. After rinsing it off my skin felt clean and soft and not overly dry like I thought it would.

    Not my favorite clay mask

I tried the L'Oréal clay mask hoping to cleanse my pores. It made my skin more oily, and has a strong cologne-like smell. Quantity for the price is good

It smelled pretty refreshing, and it didn't burn even though it has eucalyptus in it, but it also wasn't tingly at all, either. No way of knowing if it was working or not. It also didn't have a tight, matte dry like the red algae mask does, it was still pretty thick and creamy by the end of the fifteen minute mark. My skin felt pretty smooth when I rinsed, but not soft or difference enough to be really noticeable or anything when done. It also didn't feel as refreshing as it smelled and wasn't very energizing or brightening at all. Maybe just not for my skin.

So today was my first time trying the Loreal mask. I had too get my hands on the Green Purifying mask as it seems everyone had nothing but great things too say. So I washed my skin and put a thin layer of the clay on my skin and within 30 seconds my skin burned....Not really sure why this would be as I don't have sensitive skin at all. But within 10 minutes the burning did go away. The smell of the clay was pretty strong, still not really sure on the reason of such a strong smell.. I did notice that it did a wonderful job on soaking up all the oils in my pores which I needed as I have oily/clogged pores around my nose area. After about 10 minutes I had too take it off as it felt really tight and uncomfortable. It washed off very well and left my skin smooth feeling but I immediately noticed that I had too put a moisturizer on afterwards as my skin felt super dry and tight feeling.

I bought this at Superstore for $10.99 and I don't think I will purchase again as I didn't really like the burning feeling and it didn't leave my skin feeling moisturized either...Oh and I just noticed it contains MethylParaben.....If I would have known this before purchasing I would have not bought this as parabens is something I'm strongly against.
