Not for me

I have only been using Love Beauty & Planet shampoos for the past year because they are sulphate free, silicone free, and paraben free.
The Turmeric and Tonka Essence Prevent & Preserve Shampoo that I’ve been trying for the past few weeks is great for my thin damaged hair. My hair doesn’t get weighed down but still feels moisturized. The scent is interesting and I don’t mind it at all. Unfortunately, this shampoo really irritated my scalp, making it itchy and flaky. I must have reacted to something in this particular shampoo because their other shampoos don’t cause any reactions. For that reason, I will not be purchasing the Tumeric and Tonka shampoo again but I do recommend trying it.

cleans well

This cleaned my hair but also left some natural oils there which I loved. But the scent was too much for my liking. I received this product free for testing.

Love the smell

I'm not crazy about turmeric, but that scent isn't really strong in this shampoo. I like how strong this makes my hair. It's on par with some salon brands but I like that it is natural.

Neat super ingredient but no dramatic results yet

I love the idea of having the superfood turmeric in my hair care, though I haven't noticed a drastic improvement in hair strength and less breakage. The shampoo lathers as expected and doesn't leave my hair feeling dry after. I personally really love the scent but not enough for me to repurchase often. #gotitfree

Worked amazing

Smells amazing and worked great on my thick hair, it's for thin hair so I had my mother try it as well and she loved it! No complaints at all, love that it's not made with harsh chemicals and will be restocking.

Sens bon et est efficace!

Depuis quelques jours j'ai la chance de pouvoir tester ce shampoing que j'ai reçu gratuitement. Je l'adore ! Il rends mes cheveux brillant, propre et volumineux. Son odeur est vraiment agréable et dure toute la journée.

Great!

I received this set from chickadvisor for free but that in no way has swayed my opinion. LOVE BEAUTY & PLANET is cruelty free, vegan, and environmentally friendly. All the things I look for in products I buy. I have seen you can purchase most of their line at london drugs, shoppers drug mart and on amazon.ca (amazon is the cheapest).

Packaging:
Ok this is the one thing i'm not 100% loving. The hard plastic bottles and the top do not mix well together to get all the product at the bottom. I would say i would like it more if there was a soft bottle or pump that would be the best option. The graphic design is beautiful.

Product:
I like this shampoo, though it doesn't shine as bright as the conditioners. They work great. This one cleans you hair well and don't dry your hair out. Again i have silverish hair right now and the shampoo hasn't taking much of it out which is great. I also really love the smell. I was a bit concerned with the turmeric how it would smell but it's great.

TLDR:
I'd buy it and i would recommend it to others.

Assez doux pour mes cheveux blonds décolorés!

Je suis très contente d’avoir été parmis les chanceuses choisies pour essayer ce produit! Depuis le temps que cette marque est arrivée en magasin, elle me faisait de l’oeil mais j’hésitais... ça semblait trop beau peu-être?

Un produit végétalien, non testé sur les animaux, avec des ingrédients naturels (pas tous, mais c’est déjà bien!), sans sulfate, et à bon prix, c’est gagnant!

J’aime bien qu’il mousse facilement et malgré que je trouve la quantité de produit généreuse pour le prix, j’aime un peu moins le côté pratique de la bouteille; on dirait qu’il faut insister pour que le produit sorte... un peu trop épais pour le bouchon, peut-être?

En bref, ce shampooing remplit mes critères! Assez doux pour mes cheveux blonds décolorés, végétalien et sans sulfates, bonne texture, bonne quantité et bon prix! Je recommande!
