I would highly recommend this hair treatment. It strengthens my hair and makes it noticeably softer. I apply it on my roots and brush through the lengths of my hair, let it sit for 20mins while I'm in the bath and then I shampoo and condition as normal. The jasmine scent lasts for hours even after washing it out. I originally got this as a gift and have repurchased since.
