I first discovered this product a few years ago when an amazing woman at The Bay introduced me to it. I was impressed right away with the variety of shades as I am very, very pale and a lot of powders and cover-ups on my end of the spectrum tend to give me a yellowish hue. She knew right away which one matched me and I was hooked. The price is a bit more expensive than your usual drugstore brands but I find the difference is worth it. Besides - I'm not sure how long you are supposed to keep it for - but with how often I use it, it seems to last forever. I usually replace it long before it's done. I find that the brush is great for getting control of that shine and a little bit evening out skin tone. But if you have something you want to hide, it works great when you use a sponge. It doesn't clump by the end of the day, and doesn't clump up in your pores (ew). The container even has a little mirror and the bottom part has air vents so the sponge doesn't get all icky after a few hot summer days. I would definitely recommend giving this a try - I guarantee you will be more interested in the other things Mac can do once you see the miracles this can perform.

What can I say...this is my absolute all time favorite foundation! I have been consitently faithful to this brand for years. The quality is beyond exceptional and the coverage is buildable. I have never had a foundation make my skin look perfect until I found this. I use this powder as well as the liquid in NC45. I will continue to use this as my main foundation.

There is no doubt this powder foundation is one of the top selling on the market, it especially provides a considerable amount of coverage for a powder foundation with a light weight feeling. It's a perfect alternative for women on the go! Though this should not be used for touch up, try purchasing a blot powder instead to absorb any excess oils as oppose to constantly adding more and more product.

As a teen, I had the "acne blues" not excessive at all but acne is acne. As I got older the old acne turned into blemishes and scars. I only have a few on my face but store-brought concealer, powder, or foundation would not do the trick to cover them...so a I rediscovered MAC ( I tried it a few times a couple of years back)!!! My experience while visiting the retailer were amazing, I was treated with such professionalism and kindness, and the recommendations about what products that I should use were exactly right! After purchasing Studio Fix, I couldn't wait to try it out and it was PERFECT! I have never had so much coverage from powder alone and now that is all that I wear. There is no need for a concealer and I use a foundation brush and it blends to perfection. If you want a natural and polished look that will give you high coverage then this powder is what you have been looking for.

Great coverage. I apply it with either a sponge or a brush. Either way, I find it lasts all day.

This is my fave foundation by far. It is the best foundation I have tried and trust me, I have tried alot...lol
I have acne prone senstive skin and this foundation does not make me break out.
It is pricey but I love it and for me it is a must have.

This is a GREAT product! It is the one I keep going back to. It's versatile, gentle and natural looking, while still giving good coverage. You can use it alone or over foundation. It blots up excess oil from the T zone and doesn't aggravate my middle-aged, rosacea prone skin. It is more expensive than a lot of other procucts, but it lasts and is definitely worth it!

I love this powder foundation. Usually, I use my liquid foundation and set it with the Studio Fix Powder but sometimes if I don't feel like having full coverage, I'd just put on the powder foundation. Although I think this is an amazing product, it is pretty expensive - $31CAD but it is worth the price. I would still repurchase it.

The studio fix is a little pricey but WORTH IT! I find it lasts me along time and I also find it lasts well on my face! The colours are especially good---perfect matches to a wide variety of skin tones.
