This is a great product for sore muscles and aches. You can microwave it for applying heat or put it in the freezer if you want an ice pack. Very effective and easy to use. You can lay it on any body part where you feel pain. Great for menstrual pain too.

Se chauffe facilement au four micro-onde mais il faut attention car quand le sac est plus usé ou vieux il peut prendre feu dans le micro-onde ; la preuve ma nièce s'en ai servit la semaine dernière et le feu à pris dans son four micro-onde et l'odeur qui s'en dégage est affreuse . attention .
