The only good thing to say is that it helped make the stiff feeling after washing with their shampoo go away. That's about it though.

The pump on the bottle was broken on first use, so I have to pick up this massive (bought at Costco) bottle, which is slippery with conditioner residue, and try to shake enough of this thick goo down through the neck. It comes out in massive globs. It works, but I don't like the smell much. Will never buy this brand again.
