I use a very gentle cleanser and have noticed that when I wear eyeliner (regardless of what colour), I have a hard time getting it off. From a recommendation from the associate at Shoppers Drug Mart I purchased the Marcelle Eye Makeup Remover.

The first time I used it, I soaked a cotton ball with the product and rubbed it across my eyes in one motion and to my surprise, not a single bit of eyeliner was left on my eyes. I did notice, however that when I opened my eyes immediately after using the product, I felt a little bit of irriation, almost a burning sensation. Since then, I use one cotton ball for both eyes and then wash my face as usual with my daily cleanser (without opening my eyes between using the product and washing my face).

I convinced my sister to use it (mainly because she was leaving thick black eyeliner on my face towels everytime she stayed over) and to my surprise, it worked just as well on her. I'm actually qutie amazed at how much comes off with just one swipe. It's a bit pricey but worth it even if it means I can save a few of my towels.

This is a pretty good eye makeup remover. Its fairly gentle on your eyes and doesn't tub on your skin or eyelashes. I usually put some on a cotton pad and hold in over my eyes so soften the skin and mascara. That way it easily wipes away.

so I LOVED this one for awhile, it was $9 when I was using it, and never had a problem (not irratible, didnt sting, have strong smell or anything really wrong with it)..but my local store jacked it up to $15 and one weekend I left home for a few days and forgot to put the lid back on, came back and unless I have a ghost pouring some of my makeup remover out, it dries out easy! Just a warning dono if thats normal for makeup remover, but only ever happened with this one..moved onto a cheapter/better one but this one is amazing for doing its job!

Did nothing for me, I had to run out and buy different stuff.

By far, this is the very best make-up remover I have ever used. I have spent alot more money on higher end products and not been as pleased with the results, as I am with this product. It is very gentle on the skin and very refreshing. It takes literally seconds to remove a ton of make-up and you do not need to scrub or even try very hard. THE BEST product for removing make-up ... in my opinion.

For an affordable makeup remover from Walmart, I am very pleased with it.

I used to use the Marcelle gel makeup remover, but I like this a lot more. The gel is very goopy and gets into your eyes, luckily it doesn't sting. But I find that I like the liquid form better. You use less, and the packaging is better. This remover is oil free, perfume free, and hypo-allergenic. It is safe for contact lens wearers, like myself, and the best thing is, it really works. I find that it gets rid of my makeup in no time at all. And you don't have to use a lot, like the gel. And it's really refreshing! It makes my eyes feel more awake, and I just love it. And unlike the gel, you can put makeup on right afterward and it does not cause any problems.

For the price it is well worth it. You don't need to pay more for high end products, because this works just as well. I definitely do not have any complaints, and I've been using Marcelle remover for years and I will continue to I'm sure for a long time.

I highly recommend this product.
