I didn't feel like this was a very smooth application. For the price i'd stick to a drugstore brand instead if you want to experiment with other colors. My lips didnt feel moisturized after applying either

Not a great product overall, glad it was received for free because I would not buy it. Leaves a gummy feeling on the lips and doesn't allow you to be able to talk without feeling like your lips are really heavy.

I love the Color midnight red but feels thin and greasy and comes off easily so stains face around lips, seems like an average price but not sure how long it will stand up for

I got to test out a couple of free samples at the ChickAdvisor event (thank you!), but the colours I got didn't suit me at all! They looked great in their packages--a vibrant red "poppy please" and a deep pink "powerful pink", but on my lips the red looked more like an orange coral and the pink looked like a 80s fuchsia...the lipstick itself feels rich and creamy, so maybe I would've liked it in another shade.

I found it a little hard to put on. It felt light on my lips but did feel a little dry. I don't normally wear matte or semi matte lipsticks so I liked that it did not have a sticky feel to it.

I received this item for free as part of the Chick Advisor showcase (Vancouver). I tried 2 colors, midnight red and powerful pink. Midnight red was a dark warm red and went on very smooth but felt a bit too dark for me. Powerful pink was very Barbie pink (super bright)! One thing I didn't like was how it didn't stay on the inner part of my lip and seemed faded in the middle.

This product is good for some not for others. Works well on my daughter but for me it's hard to control the intensity of the colour. Not sure of the texture either.

I'm not a lipstick person and I'm wearing midnight red - not the best colour for my complexion. Lipstick comes off on mug when drinking. Not overly impressed

Received this from chick advisor. This is very vibrant in colour but a bit dry on my lips. The colour payoff is fantastic however. It is matte as described but I wish more moisturizing. There doesn't seem to be a scent or a taste so that is a bonus.

This is a semi matte lipstick so it won't be quite as drying as a full matte lipstick formulation, but there is a bit of settling into the lines of your lips. There is some slight drag when applying so I wish the formula was a little smoother, but the color does last for hours without my lips feeling like the desert!
