A great extra tool to have

This contour gauge was definitely effective and a cool tool to add to our toolbox. I really like the idea behind it because it lets you get nice and close to unique cuts that would otherwise be tricky to measure. We used it while hanging drywall and making baseboard cuts, and it made the whole process much easier and faster. That said, the quality does feel a little cheap since it’s plastic. It didn’t feel as strong or durable as I expected, and I do worry that if it got dirty it would be hard to clean properly. The item itself isn’t the best made, but the concept is great and it does what it’s meant to do. Overall, useful tool with room for improvement in build quality.

High quality and very accurate

Great tool! It is very easy to use for measuring corners and strange shapes. It helped me a lot with my project. I like that you can connect it to other gauges to make it longer. It is made of plastic so it doesn't scratch my floors. Very helpful tool

Convenient tool

This is a very helpful and convenient tool to have when looking to replace flooring or even putting up ship lap. It could easily be placed around a toilet or bathtub to help form the pattern to replace tiles. I think this is a good tool for anyone to have for small jobs around their home.

I love the convenience of not having to guess the shape and dimensions of what I need to cut. Its so easy to use and definitely a time saver. No more guessing needed.

Contour guide

This contour guide works very well. There are a few options that stand out. One the contour guide is lockable after you have taken the shape of what you are working with so that you do not move it as you transfer it to the material you are working with. The one I find the most interesting is that the contour gauge is expandable. The contour gauge measures Ten(10) inches but by buying more of them, they will lock together to expand to make a new contour gauge, by increments of 10 inches making long measurement contours possible

Super handy tool

This contour gauge will make your life so much easier for hard cuts. It's super simple to use. It isn't very heavy duty but it's all you really need. It makes laying flooring a lot easier with those tricky cuts.
