Great Self-Locking Pliers

I received these self-locking pliers as a gift from Canadian Tire and Butterly in return for my honest review.

These self-locking pliers are the perfect addition to everyone’s toolbox. These pliers are nickel plated and have a no slip grip and are easy to adjust. I have used these several times and couldn’t be happier with the quality and wish I had them sooner in my toolbox.

easy to use

This is such a handy tool to have and quite easy to use. My dad was over at my place and he helped me fix my leaky sink in just minutes with this handy dandy tool.

Well made, holds firm and comfortable

This product is well made, holds firm and feels comfortable in my hands. This is not a tool I have in my Mastercraft tool collection, so it was nice to get this opportunity. I wish I had it two months ago when I had to change my kitchen faucet and hoses. I played around with the tool, and It took me a few tries to get it to clamp after adjusting the little dial pictured in the photo. But after I played with the varying settings I was able to lock and clamp and easily unclamp again.

Nice set of pliers

I recieved these pliers from Butterly, Canadian tire and Mastercraft for free for my honest review. We love these 10" self locking pliers, the set we had before these you had to turn to adjust. This pair makes jobs easier as you can easily adjust and lock for whatever job you need. They are strong, reliable and a great addition to our toolbox.

Best surprise gift!!!!

This is an amazing win!! I did not know what I was getting, so this was an excellent surprise. Since moving out, I needed a tool just like this, and now I have one. It was amazing to help me bring my car jack down when I needed to drop the van after tire changes. 10/10.

Great additional to our toolbox!

We like the concept behind this self-locking plier. Its self-adjusting mechanism adapts automatically to different sizes, providing a consistently firm and reliable grip. The hold is exceptionally tight, so I never worry about it slipping while tightening or loosening nuts and bolts during household projects. However, we still prefer traditional vise-grip pliers with a manual adjustment knob. With those, it’s quicker and easier to dial in the exact tightness you need, whereas this self-locking design requires a bit more tinkering to achieve the perfect fit.

Your weekend home improvement tasks just got easier with the Mastercraft self-setting locking plier. This clamp is strong, simple, reliable, and makes tough jobs feel easy. We used it to change out our shower head in our ensuite and the grip on it was amazing.

I tried the master craft vice-grip and I was super impressed with the overall experience. The plyer is heavy and bulky and give the impression of quality. The mechanism is easy and intuitive to use. In my opinion this mechanism is more convenient for amateur and new user. Great experience !
