Oh I stand by us prouduct 100 % anyone who has ever had a tooth ache needs this ,took pain away right away as it numbs the spot , excellent price can be found pretty much anywhere from grocery stores to Walmart to pharmacies.This one has no taste but I have seen ones with flavored .LASTS for a good hour or more as well .
