Would buy this again!

At first I found the Maybelline New York Brow Drama Shaping Chalk Powder to be awkward. But after a few tries I was able to use it to its full advantage. The powder works great at filling in all those blank areas in your brows. Working with the brow pencil, those two are a match made in heaven.

Good concept, average powder

I have mixed feelings about this powder. The product by itself is good but the concept needs to be revisited!

Pros:

† This powder doesn't budge - Amazing staying power if you prime your eyebrow,

† Easiest application ever,

† Affordable (around 9$).

Cons:

† Too much product comes out and way too fast - too much product results in thick, bold eyebrows and since normally, I have thin, overplucked brows, it gives me an unnatural look and changes my makeup drastically,

† Messy - If you don't tap out the excess powder, it will be fallout galore,

† The Blonde shade is too dark. The result is too obvious for my personal taste,

† NOT for thin eyebrows, unless you use a different brush to apply it.

There are definitely people out there who rock the dark, thick brows and who will love this product however, it is not for me. But for the new trend of bushy brows, this product will definitely do a great job!

Works but...

The color is quite pigmented and you can definitely use this to create dramatic and full brows however when applying the product, it can leave a little dust of product on to your lids which then have to be wiped off. If using this product, apply it before applying eye makeup or else you'll have to redo it.

A little messy, but effective

I love this for a quick brow on the go! Applicator was nice and easy, and went on really quick. Only downside I came across is it definitely had a bit of fall out (maybe I'm not using this right?). But all in all the little mess can be wiped away and you have a quick, easy, nice looking brow!

Okay... But fallout

This product is actually okay. I do like the way it makes my brows look. However, it's definitely not something I would use if I was in a rush. It takes time to carefully fill in your brows and you do get some fallout.

Great product

I gotta try this product for free for my honest opinion. I have never used a brow shaping chalk product before so I wasn’t quite sure about it prior to using it. It I used it right it was ok. I probably wouldn’t purchase again as it’s not a product that I usually use. That being said it would well so I am sure others would love this product

Im still getting used to using it.
It works pretty good on me, but I need practice, I will keep trying n perfect it. I like it tho. Thanks for the chance to try it.

Chalky alright!

This is basically like a pressed powder in a tube! It is extremely powdery & chalky but I had a lot of fall Out while trying to apply this product :( the Colour is a rich brown and it almost blurs your brows because of how powdery it is. I prefer a cream colour or pencil but this is extremely easy to apply and is very quick!!

This brow powder may be the best thing that @chickadvisor has ever sent me to test out for free!! I use it every single day for bold but not over the top brows. I find it builds really well if you want a more dramatic look. It does take some getting used to as I've never seen or used anything like it before ! It glides on so smooth and stays put allll day!

Applicator issues

I typically use Brow powders when I'm doing anyone else's makeup as it's usually easier and faster, but this applicator that came with the product wasn't great. It put too much product on at a time and didn't look natural. The powder itself was nice and not chunky so I think if I use it with a brow brush it will apply easier. The applicator made things messy so that was a downside.
