I'm a huge fan of tinted moisturizers, so when I received a free sample of this BB Cream I was really excited.
Unfortunately, after trying it out - I was quite disappointed.
Although this left my skin looking moisturized and glowing.. It also left my skin extremely oily to the touch. Definitely not something that a person who suffers from acne would like to have!
Sadly, I would not purchase this particular BB cream again.
When the BB Cream bandwagon came down this summer, you can bet I jumped right on it. I used to love tinted moisturizers but always lamented the cost. I'm not a huge fan of foundation either so BB Creams seemed right up my alley. Unfortunately I may have purchased one that isn't the best example.
What I DO like about this BB Cream is its price. I got it on sale for about $8 which makes it affordable to test out. It leaves my face with a little bit of colour and a glow and smooths my complexion out a touch. I tend to have some ruddiness in my cheeks and it makes it slightly less noticable. It is also SPF30 which is great in the summertime.
That being said, this doesn't really offer any coverage. My skin tone remains the same and it leaves an oilier finish than I'd like. I'll use it up but I'm not going to buy it again.
I tried this when i ran out of my other cover up i used because i seen a lot of commercials about it. I find it leaves your face oily and it just doesnt look good on your skin. I dont think i would recommend this dream cream.
i tried a sample of this from the mail and i liked it. Its probably the cheapest BB cream on the market (well that i've found)
i perfer L'oreals Youth code BB cream instead because of the nice scent and the coverage.
Provides light coverage that's perfect for work or a casual outing when I don't want to wear my normal full coverage foundation. It also moisturizes well. It won't cover up major imperfections, so you might want to use concealer if you want more coverage. This hasn't broken me out, and I have very sensitive, oily, acne prone skin. I have to set this with powder to make it stay longer on my face though. Overall, it's good for the price.
Not oily, unlike some other BB creams I have tried. This product also smells pretty good and keeps my skin hydrated. At a drugstore price, it is not as expensive as other products out here and it does an excellent job!
Probably the best drugstore bb cream, in my opinion. A great moisturizer with some extra benefits and light coverage. Easy, quick, one step solution for busy days, but not a replacement for foundation.
This was my first experience with using a BB cream, and was pleasantly surprised! If applied properly, it does do a lot of what it says it does. I still have to use a concealer for better cover up of any blemishes, but it does reduce redness quite a bit and smooths out when I appear to have an uneven skin tone. This product helps create a more even and smooth base for the rest of my makeup, but if I'm in a big rush, then this works well alone to "fix my face" before going out. I would like to try others to compare, but I'm happy with this product as it is!
Just got this stuff in a free sample pack, and was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't yet jumped on the BB train, and now I know why it's so popular. It really is like using 8 products in one.
It makes your skin look very even, glowing, and smooth.
Also, since trying this I have also tried Marcelle and Anabelle's version and they don't even compare. This stuff is the best!
