This is a great foundation if you use it correctly! It has great coverage and looks natural, with a flawless finish! When using it a little goes along way and you don't need to cake it on, if you apply too much of this it will give you a orangish color to it. I would definitely recommend to my friends! Its a great foundation that doesn't leave you looking oily or break you out!
he bottle is different now, it's a skinner, taller bottle I don't know if they changed the formula or what because I never used this back when it was in the other bottle. Anyway, this retails for about $3. For that price I was not expecting anything from it, but I bought it because I had a 50 cents off coupon to boot. When I applied it for the first time. I was really surprised that, I liked it as much as I did. I had been going on about Rimmel Clean Finish foundation but I like this so much better than that. The consistency is very similar to it too another product similar to it is Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse. That being said, it is a mousse/whipped type of consistency. It's very thick in the bottle but it glides on and I found that it doesn't cake on me. The coverage is light-medium. If I have active blemishes then I need some concealer. Other than that it evens out my skin tone in such a lovely way. I always tend to have a little bit of redness on my cheeks and i'm just very happy how this helps my face look uniform. I have dry skin, so staying power is not much of an issue for me...but if I sweat, it kind of starts to melt away. I did find that this oxidizes a bit and the color selection (at least where i've seen, is poor.) So be careful is your color is too dark from the start, because it will get worse. The biggest pain and why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is the packaging. The bottle is very nice but the product doesn't budge. It's so thick it goes nowhere. I have dropped this several times by accident and not even a hard thud on my floor makes the foundation move. I don't understand why this can't be in a squeeze tube at least. I have to use a Q-tip to scoop out the product and that is very annoying to me. Bottom line is that I would repurchase. I just can't believe that three dollars would make my face look so nice.
SUCKED, I have never been more disappointed with a foundation.
Not only did it clog my pores extremely bad, but it is literally the worst I have ever used.
Terrible icky feel to it, Haven't used it sense, and threw it out after only a few uses.
The Dream Foundation is great in hiding imperfections and evening the skin tone without giving a nasty, oily look. I would recommend it to a friend, but caution them about how much they use and suggest they only use a few drops to apply all over the face. If more than a few drops are applied that you will receive an orange skin tone and visible creases (ex., around the jaw line. If this happens, try to blend it around your neck).
Light application, medium to full coverage depending on your skin. I found it oxidized on me and was an unsightly orange. No thank you.
I was using a different foundation for the longest time and I wasn't satisfied with it, so I decided to try out this and I immediately noticed that worked far better. It covers what needs to be, and it doesn't feel heavy or clumpy. It's a great product :)
This stuff works amazingly! It doesn't give a heavy feel or look to my face. It goes on light and stays on all day, even at work. It also isn't oily like other products, so it's great on my skin.
