New Favourite Flavour in the House!

I received the McCafé Dark Roast Espresso capsules for free in exchange for an honest review. Coffee is my best-mate, I cannot live without Coffee. When I received the McCafé Dark Roast Espresso capsules today it was like the best thing that's happened all day! Immediately I popped it into my trusty Nespresso machine, and viola, 24 seconds (check out my Tiktok) and you have a deep delicious espresso in your hands. My day just went from meh, to AMAZING! Thank you McCafe and Butterly!

This dark espresso has an intensity of 8, which is perfect for our house, because we all love espressos. I really appreciate the dark chocolate flavour and there's a slight hint of almond. Definitely like this more than the fruity flavours. It's a deep rich intensity that goes perfectly as an espresso and maybe with a biscotti. My partner tried it long, like a long-black espresso with extra hot water, and it still turned out pretty intense. This is a keeper!

Honorary mention about the recycling program - good to know these pods aren't just being dumped into the landfills. It CAN be recycled. Love the program, love the product, and LOVE the coffee!

Dark roast coffee

I recently tried McDonald's dark roast nespresso coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised! It has a rich, pronounced flavor that’s smooth and not too bitter. Perfect for a morning pick-me-up without being overpowering. I’ll definitely be buying this again in the future!

When I opened the coffee the aroma of fresh coffee is so inviting no matter what time of the day it is. I would highly recommend this McDonald’s coffee as the taste is so smooth and delicious!

New Go-To Coffee Pods?

I received these coffee pods in exchange for my honest review, and honestly, I love them! I normally buy a competitors brand, however, I find the Dark Roast McCafé espresso to be on par or better than my usual brand. I really enjoyed the bold dark flavour of this blend. Also, the compostable packaging is a huge win, as normally it’s very hard to recycle Nespresso compatible pods. I highly recommend you give it a try!

Wonderful dasrk roasted flavour

I love espresso, and I love dark roast....this does not disappoint!! I love the chocolate and almond notes...very subtle, but wonderful!! The packaging and the pod states that it's an '8' on the intensity scale, so you better make sure you like dark roasted coffee!

Tasty & Compostable!!

I've always been a fan of McCafe coffee since they took over Tim's OG brand but these dark roast pods are next level!! Tasty, with a smooth dark richness, and of course it's creamy, as Nespresso does best. What I liked best though was that these are compostable, well done McD's :)
