It's super easy to make and take on the go with you. I love the convenience of having McCafe products at home and available to make any time. I really liked the smoothness in taste, and you can really tell the taste of chocolate and hazelnut. It definitely was well roasted, balanced, and creamy.

I recently received the McCafé Medium Roast Espresso Capsules to try, and I’ve been really enjoying them. The medium roast delivers a perfectly balanced flavor with a rich coffee aroma. It has a smooth taste with subtle hints of chocolate and hazelnut, which I really like. The capsules are compatible with my Nespresso machine, making it easy to enjoy café-quality coffee right at home.

McCafé Medium Roast Espresso is smooth, flavorful, and just the right balance of rich and sweet. The light roast gives it a nice sweetness with subtle caramel notes that make each sip super satisfying. Taste good

It’s easy to drink and taste good. Even I do not have to worry about stale. No need to have lots of space.
The coffee smell is so good and I could drink without milk. I’ll buy more after use them all.

McCafe at home

Love the convenience of having other coffee options that are compatible with my nespresso machine. I enjoy McCafe coffee and really happy to see there is now an option to have the convenience of it in a pod to have at home.

Smooth and refreshing

Thank you @Butterly and @McCafe for sending these espresso pods for free in exchange for my honest review! I grew up watching my dad drink coffee and as an adult have found an acquired taste for coffees, but found my love in espressos. To me, they are a very quick and easy beverage made in a matter of seconds in the Nespresso at the push of a button. I've tried a few different varieties but I have to say the McCafe Medium Roast Nespresso capsules were really delicious. I liked the light aspect of the espresso as it wasn't pungent like other types, it was smooth and fruity almost with a hint of chocolate hazelnut almost like the spread. It was subtle but it was delicious and was really brought out with sweeteners like honey and sugar. They made it bright and delicious.
I really liked the capsule packaging as it was sleek and had a cool texture that was like a frosted window. It made it easy to pick them out amongst other brands in my coffee drawer. I'm a little disappointed in the bag they came in because it did not reseal but it makes up for it because they are compostable. I love that the capsules are commercially compostable through McCafes efforts to keep them out of the landfill and make sure they are composted and reused for other purposes. There is so much useless packaging in the world so it makes me feel better that the plastic packaging I buy is actually noted by McCafe and they make effort to ensure customers have options and that those options are free. It was very easy to sign up for the composting program and all I have to do is collect the bag and the capsules and put the free shipping label and send them off for composting! It makes me feel good having that option available as well as knowing the company cares about it's packaging and its effect on our planet. Overall I really enjoyed the Medium Roast MCafe and would recommend to anyone who enjoys a smoother rich espresso that brightens when sweet. So good!

Great espresso - from a first time espresso drinke

Firstly - I'm not really an espresso drinker. I’ve had the McCafé Premium Medium Dark Roast Ground Coffee so I can only really compare to that out of the McCafé product line.

This is my first time trying these espresso capsules from McCafé, which are only compatible with the Nespresso Original Machines. So if you get them, make sure you have the same machine as they’re not universally usable by all Nespresso machines. The espresso has a nice rich aroma. It smelled nice and was quite smooth. It was a nice espresso – granted, this is also the first time I’ve had an espresso. I felt like it was a similar consistency and kick to a regular cup of coffee, even if I had more than one cup of espresso. (But caffeine also doesn’t affect me and I could drink all day and still take a nap.)

One thing consistent with all McCafe coffee you can buy in stores – they’re always a smooth coffee. The Espresso is the same, and the flavor is consistently rich and satisfying. Would definitely recommend this to an espresso lover.

Perfect coffee for weekend treats

I recently tried the McCafé Medium Roast Espresso capsules, and it’s been a pleasant experience! The balanced flavour, combined with the rich aroma and hints of chocolate and hazelnut, creates a smooth and inviting cup.

While I enjoyed it, I tend to prefer a bolder and stronger brew to kickstart my mornings. However, this medium roast is just right for a more relaxed setting, making it an ideal weekend choice when I want to take my time and savor every sip.

Good medium espresso

I already liked McCafe coffee in store, and was happy to see that these new nespresso pods have the same familiar taste I love. Its a nice medium espresso, not too strong and makes for a great latte. I also appreciate that the pods are compostable.
