@mccafecanada Medium Roast Espresso capsules

This is my first time trying this espresso capsules from mccafe. They are compatible with nespresso original machines. This espresso has a nice rich crema. The scent was amazing, wished you could smell it in the video . It tasted good but says it has chocolate and hazelnut notes to it but only tasted the hazelnut . But overall a really good espresso. They also have a free composting & recycling program for capsules and even the packaging! ♻️

Great

This was a really great cup of coffee. The full bodied flavour felt up scale as well as smooth tasting. It is really nice to have a more affordable option than the nespresso brand with still keeping the flavour!

McCafé has upped its game!

McCafé usually isn’t my first choice of coffee. However, these capsules actually changed my mind! With these Nespresso pods, the quality control is the same each time and there’s no worry about getting a bad batch. In store the coffee doesn’t taste this great. One thing to keep in mind that these are the smaller Nespresso pods and don’t work in all machines.

For those wishing for a weaker espresso

The espresso is smooth and aromatic, but at 6 intensity I would have expected something stronger and darker. I would rate this at 3 in terms of intensity instead. It is very smooth and works for the days that I would like to have an espresso or an Americano.

That’s that me espresso! Mmm mmm I’m lovin’ it. This McCafe Medium Roast Espresso provided a smooth finish and crema from the shot was apparent. What a great way to start off the cold fall morning than with a comforting espresso.

Smooth Espresso

I'm a relatively new daily coffee drinker and I was trying to taste the notes of chocolate and hazelnut. They weren't distinct on my tongue, but it was a smooth brew with no bitter aftertaste. I would likely try the dark roast brand to see how much richer the taste is compared to the medium roast that I experienced was. The price point is affordable for the the amount of pods that you receive, which is 10. If you have reusable pods, you can still use these pods for any other pods outside of the original Nespresso machines, which is great.

Great coffee for your nespresso orignale

Great taste , not too strong , nor too light. Competitive pricing for daily consumption. Great replacement for nespreso orignale pods and must try atleast once.

Surprisingly creamy!

One thing I dislike about pods coffee machine is the amount of waste it creates. I am happy to know that these McCafe pods are commercially compostable. The coffee beans are also more ethical than other brands and all of this does not interfere with the taste. I usually like to drink my coffee with sugar and milk. The medium roast has a subtle taste of chocolate and hazelnut. I didn’t feel like adding as much sugar because the taste was great on its own.

Tastes Great!

I’m usually not a fan of flavoured coffee, but these ones are surprisingly good! They’re smooth and don’t have a bitter aftertaste. I usually prefer adding milk/cream to my coffee to add extra creaminess! Another thing I loved about this product is that the intensity is clearly mentioned - there’s something available for every pallet!
