That’s that me espresso! Mmm mmm I’m lovin’ it. This McCafe Medium Roast Espresso provided a smooth finish and crema from the shot was apparent. What a great way to start off the cold fall morning than with a comforting espresso.

Really Quality Espresso

I am someone who loves black coffee and espresso which means the quality of coffee really matters to me. I am so happy to have found an espresso pod alternative that is such good quality. The McCafe medium roast espresso was so nice and smooth and creamy with a kick but not overpowering. I can confidently say I wouldn’t hesitate to serve this to the most discerning coffee snob it’s that good!

Smooth Espresso

I'm a relatively new daily coffee drinker and I was trying to taste the notes of chocolate and hazelnut. They weren't distinct on my tongue, but it was a smooth brew with no bitter aftertaste. I would likely try the dark roast brand to see how much richer the taste is compared to the medium roast that I experienced was. The price point is affordable for the the amount of pods that you receive, which is 10. If you have reusable pods, you can still use these pods for any other pods outside of the original Nespresso machines, which is great.

Flavourful and Smoothest

As a coffee conisuer I will say this is one of the most flavourful and Smoothest coffee I have had. Highly recommend and can't wait to try lattes and cappuccinos with this!!

Great coffee for your nespresso orignale

Great taste , not too strong , nor too light. Competitive pricing for daily consumption. Great replacement for nespreso orignale pods and must try atleast once.

Delicious espresso at home

Espresso at home feels like such an indulgence, and this Medium Roast espresso by McCafe is formulated for Nespresso Original machines so it’s a cinch to make, and delicious too! This espresso was full-bodied, rich and with a hint of chocolate, so good! Definitely recommend to all you out there with a Nespresso machine!

Bold Flavour

Love these espresso pods from McCafe! They have a crisp bold flavour, but are not too strong. The chocolate and hazelnut notes are detectable but not overbearing. We definitely plan on trying the dark roast next!

Surprisingly creamy!

One thing I dislike about pods coffee machine is the amount of waste it creates. I am happy to know that these McCafe pods are commercially compostable. The coffee beans are also more ethical than other brands and all of this does not interfere with the taste. I usually like to drink my coffee with sugar and milk. The medium roast has a subtle taste of chocolate and hazelnut. I didn’t feel like adding as much sugar because the taste was great on its own.

Delicious and convenient

I’ve always been a big McCafé fan for quick service coffee and I love that I can make this easily at home using my Nespresso. The medium roast has a great toasty and nutty flavour without being too bitter. Perfect for a latte or on its own
