There is actually a cooling effect!

Since the beginning of the year, I've been using Milani's Chill Out Soothing Primer. I have a tendency to breakout, so I have transitioned to using more silicone-free primers to prevent excessive impurities from clogging my pores. I especially like the way my foundation spreads smoothly over it and leaves my skin looking matte. Occasionally, I even use it alone to help control oil throughout the day when I don't wear makeup. I am looking forward to trying it in the hot summer months so I can appreciate the cooling effect even more!

So far I like it.

I’ve only used it a few times but so far I can say that I do like it. It blends into my skin almost immediately and doesn’t break me out. It’s helped to keep my makeup looking fresher for longer even under a mask.

Smooth

I have only sampled this but it seemed to be a smooth product. This was a good product to add to this chickadvisor winter box. I hope to try it fully.
