Absolutely love to see my Ipsy bag sending me more interesting stand-out colors as I have no interest in a boring 'daily' makeup look. I wear makeup for fun and to be artistic.

This eyeliner would be good for a beginner as the felt tip is much easier to apply than pencil or a very wet liquid liner, but you do have to go over it quickly to get a good pop of color.

The other problem this liner has is that it's very sticky when dry and I can feel my eyelid getting stuck to my upper eyelid bone when wearing it.

I'd recommend it as a beginner eyeliner or for doing fine lines or wings, but not for a thick eyeliner due to the stickiness problem!
