Really enjoyed this product!

I got this free from ChickAdvisor #gotitfree, I have never tried this type of drink or brand before, so for my first time making a drink i followed the recipe from the booklet that i received with the coupons from chickadvisor, i made the backyard Mai Tai first and then the midday Mai Tai. My family and i really enjoyed these drinks and they were really easy to make, i did find it a bit too sweet so i would recommend using less if you want it less sweet.

I LOVED this cocktail mix. I really enjoyed the "Backyard Mai Tai" drink recipe that was in the drink booklet. The taste wasn't too sweet and is a great drink for a hot day. I look forward to purchasing this again and trying a few of the others

Not for Me

Thank you ChickAdvsor for allowing me to try Mott's Mr & Mrs T Mai Tai Cocktail Mix.

I found this mix not to my liking as it was way too sweet for me. I like a mixed drink but this tasted artificial and way to sweet. I wanted to give it a second try and the second time I dried it I mixed it with club soda but still did not enjoy the taste. The Sugar content in this mix is very high and I would not purchase this again for that reason.

Would not buy again

While there is nothing wrong with this product, it's just not for me. It's too sweet and has flavours that I don't really care too much for. I am however, glad I got the chance to try this through Chick Advisor, so

Mai FAVE!

Mr & Mrs T Mai Tai Mix is fabulous!

Not too sweet, the flavors are well balanced between sweet & sour, with a touch of "bitter" almonds. Really easy to prepare your cocktails,
I added Rum, crushed ice & garnished with a cherry and slice of pineapple.

Really tasty if you’re a cocktail guy or girl. You can always have a alcohol free beverage, simply by eliminating the alcohol.

We added extra Rum for that extra kick. It was a nice combo of spice from the Rum and sweet/sour from the Mai Tai mix.

Already bought a few more for summer, great price point!

Sweet & Overpowering, But Not Bad

I received this product to try for free through ChickAdvisor.

First, this product was hard to find. I live in a small town and I don't often leave to travel to bigger places to shop at places like Walmart. One of my grocery stores finally received it, so I'm glad that I was able to try it.

Upon tasting it just as it is, I noticed it's very strong in flavour. It's really sweet, yet has a bitter kind of taste. Using just regular ginger ale, I mixed just a little in a glass, and it was still kind of over powering - however, it was good!

I will try this with some rum or vodka and see how that goes. I'm thinking though, this product is one of those "a little will go a long way" types of products.

Makes a tasty drink!

I got this product for free to review for Chick Advisor, it took me a while to find this in my local area, but I found it right at the last minute.
The Mai Tai mix was stronger than I had expected. I added a small amount to some ginger ale just to kick it up a bit and had to wait a bit for ice cubes to melt to make it more enjoyable. It has a nice citrus taste to it though and using less mix made it easier to drink.
Looking for non alcoholic drinks that are still fun - add this to some non alcoholic creations to give your faux cocktails a nice spin!
I can't wait to try it with the ice tea as suggested in a recipe. Sounds delicious.

Motts Mai Tai Cocktail is a hit!

I #gotitfree with a promotion through Chickadvisor! The Motts Mr & Mrs Mai Tai Cocktail Mix was a hit at our Canada 150 celebration! I barley had time to mix and we wanted another one! Will definitely buy again!

It does the job !

This cocktail mix was special at first, I'm not a sweet cocktail kinda girl, so, it tasted different to me. After a couple of sips, I found it better, it has this sweet and sour taste I like. So, overall, I liked it :)

Love this

This is a great drink mix! I made the basic recipe and then I used it in my own drink recipes and it adds a great flavour and colour. This will me a staple in my outdoor bar all summer!
