Hydra Bébé Body Lotion

The Hydra Bébé Body Lotion has a thick consistancy which absorbs well and does not feel greasy. It works great on dry skin and helps with eczema. It left my babies skin feeling soft and moisturized. I personally don't love the smell of this lotion and find it a bit strong for a baby. The bottle the lotion came in is not very easy to get the cream out of. I do believe the larger sized bottles come with a pump which would be a lot easier to use.

Simple and Smooth

I have been using the Mustela Hydra Bébé Body Lotion with Organic Avocado and had a genuinely a positive experience. The formula itself was amazing, it was so rich and creamy. I found upon initial application the product to go on oily, but then within seconds it melted into baby's skin. The bottle itself was a bit tricky to manage due to the lack of pump. I found this made it extra frustrating to use, due to it being a thicker lotion, having to constantly tap to get small amounts out. Especially when you’re trying to lotion a wiggling little one. I due think it is perfect for on‑the‑go since it’s compact and easy to toss in a diaper bag, but at home I did find it a little difficult to squeeze out. I do want to point out, that the calming, soothing smell is not strong at all, it is very subtle and adds the perfect finishing touch to our routine. Overall, the lotion is great, and simple which can be great for sensitive and extra dry skin - I just wish the bottle came with a pump to make it easier during daily use.

Overall, I like this baby lotion I just wish it was fragrance-free. The fragrance is a bit too overwhelming. The feel is nice, I am just sensitive to strong scents and would love it much more if it was fragrance free.

Good kid friendly lotion

We’ve been incorporating this daily moisturizing lotion into our nightly routine. After using the Mustela baby wash, we’ve been following up with the lotion. We have been fostering independence by letting our kids apply lotion on their hands, belly, arms and legs. They’ve been loving it!

The scent is strong at first, but it dissipates and leaves a lovely subtle scent. It’s really moisturizing and leaves skin smooth and hydrated.

It’s not greasy and absorbs quickly, which is a huge bonus in my books. We really liked this lotion.

Gentle on Skin, Packaging Could Be Improved

I really like this body lotion for my baby—it’s gentle, has a mild pleasant scent, and most importantly, it didn’t irritate her soft skin or cause any issues. It absorbs well and feels nourishing, which gives me confidence using it regularly.

However, the packaging is a downside for me. The smaller bottle doesn’t come with a pump, which makes it quite inconvenient to use. I often have to tap the bottle against my hand to get the product out, and that’s not something I enjoy, especially during a busy routine.

Overall, the formula is great, but improved packaging would make the experience much better.

Good baby moisturizer

This is a great body lotion for babies. Absorbs quickly and provides great moisturizing. Having a baby with sensitive skin, we are constantly looking for a moisturizer that works.
Enjoyed the formula, but as with the body wash, I wish that there was an unscented version. The scent is light, but strong.

Mustela hydra Bebe body lotion

My baby’s skin absolutely loves this lotion, her skin looks softer and the glow it leaves is really amazing. I love how extremely moisturizing it is. A solid 8/10.

Avocado lotion

This moisturizer is more on the lighter side. It's not as thick as some other options but this helps with easy application and keeping a lightweight feeling. The lotion has more of a distinctive smell that the other avocado product line does not. It does it's job but I think I may stick with other options in the market for a baby lotion.

Great lotion

With this lotion, a little goes a long way! The lotion is very moisturizing and soaks into the skin fairly quickly. I love that its made with avocado and other clean ingredients. The only downside is the scent. I found it the same with the other products. The floral scent is not appealing and actually quite strong for a baby product.

Hydrating

My baby’s skin felt hydrated after applying it. His skin felt smooth and replenished. I enjoyed applying it on my baby. I was looking for a great moisturizing lotion for my baby and the Mustela hydra baby lotion doses the job.
