This hand cream's ingredients are 83% certified organic and 17% natural. NEOM doesn't use synthetic ingredients, petrochemicals, SLS, parabens, PEGS, or silicones.

The cream absorbs well and does a fine job of hydrating the skin. I really like the scent "Inspiration," which is made up of violet, chamomile, and cedarwood. I do find it a bit on the strong side, but if you're only using it on your hands, it's not overwhelming.
