Need more time to see results

I was chosen by @thisisbutterly to try @neostratacanada Rebound Sculpting Cream - it is to correct visible signs of photoaging and provide a more sculpted appearance.

When I put it on my skin, right away, I was feeling the cream trying to penetrate my skin and it irritated my skin a bit. I recommend continuing the cream for a bit longer before I can see the effects but I am not sure about the feeling effect on my skin.

Non greasy and moisturized.

The upside down dispenser dispenses just the right amount without any waste. The sculpting cream has a nice non-greasy texture that spreads easily and absorbs quickly. I've noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin and pore size and my skin is not as dry.

Moisture rich, does not clear age spots

I have now used this product consistently on my face in one hand for 18 days. There has been no change in both my facial skin blemishes nor my hand I took a photo of my hand before and after the 18 days, no change. There are sunspots here they did not go away. I also have fine lines and they also did not change. The cream feels very water-based and smooth and it was very nice on my skin but it did not do as it proposed. I was very concerned to read that I should apply sunscreen if wearing this product. All my current skin creams have a SPF included.

Nice moisturizer but doesn’t hold up

I used this for a month and my thoughts are it’s a nice moisturizer, great under makeup(leaves so smooth you don’t need a primer, love the packaging. The packaging is a great so you can get all the product. But its claims to rebound the face from wrinkles, fine lines and age spots is a joke it did non of that and of course didn’t sculpt the jawline. It’s just an over price nice moisturizer

Nothing against product

I have nothing bad to say about the ingredients, packaging or product itself, it just didn’t agree well enough with my skin. I had a few breakouts around the time I started using it, not sure if because of this product exactly or if because of something else. Would recommend, just not for me! Beautiful vibrant packaging.

Too oily for my skin

I love Neostrata products but unfortunately not this one. Packaging is beautiful, scent is divine but when I tried it on for a couple of days, my face got too oily to the point I was having pimples. It is still a good brand with great products but unfortunately not for my skin type.

Decent

This product was decent. The scent was pretty much non existent which is good in my opinion. It didn’t have any effect on my skin that was visibly noticeable, I would have to use it for longer to hopefully get some more results

Time for another Impatient Mama Review!

Got the Rebound Sculpting Cream cream from Neostrata and Butterfly. I had to review it after seven days, during which there were no noticeable effect, so I'll have a follow up review at some point in the future lol. The product is a delight to put on. I have no problems with the pump, the cream barely smells and the texture is smooth and spreads easily without leaving behind any sort of greasy residue.

However, it is quite expensive, the packaging, other than the box, is all plastic, and it makes skin sensitive to UV (do all rejuvenating creams make skin sensitive to UV light?)

On the ethical side, whole Neostrata doesn't test on animals, it sells it's products in China which means that they allow animal testing with their products, which is a requirement to sell in China. Neostrata is also owned by Kenvue, a spin-off of Johnson and Johnson, so definitely nowhere near a small brand with revenue from.sales feeding back into the community.

Glassdoor reviews indicate that corporate at the company don't seem to treat their employees well, who also don't seem to get a good salary with benefits.

I'll withhold my recommendation until I've tested the product for a longer period of time, but it's going to have to really do some magic for me to recommend it, or I'll have to find someone extraordinary about the company's environmental, ethical, and societal commitments and actions
