I love this product. Removes all of my makeup, even waterproof makeup. It leaves my face feeling soft.

I am currently using this to remove my eye make up and so far I'm liking it. It does the job and even removes my waterproof mascara. It can feel a bit oily but it is suppose to be oily-free that's the only down side other than that it's good and affordable.

I have used this eye makeup remover in both the instant wipes and the liquid formula and love, love, love it! This is the only makeup remover I have found that takes off my waterproof mascara without scrubbing. The only criticism I have is that the liquid formula does leave a bit of a film on the skin after use, so cleansing is definitely recommended afterward; the wipes are better for a grab and go application. This is a product that I have repurchased many times over and will continue to do so.

I have been using this eye make-up remover for many years, and can truly say it works like a charm. It is presently my go to product to remove tough make-up and it feels so satisfying when I can so effortlessly remove the most stubborn waterproof mascara. It's very gentle on the skin and has no harsh scent; however, alcohol is listed as one of it's ingredients, but I have never felt any irritation on my skin from using this product.

I used this for many years. I find it works ok, I find the Neutrogena wipes actually work better. It really doesn't work very well if you wear waterproof Mascara. I found a makeup remover that works way better so I don't use it personally anymore, but definitely wouldn't discourage anyone from buying it.

I like how this product effectively and easily removes eye makeup safely. But I found the exact same thing from Equate that is less expensive, so I've switched brands.

This is my favorite liquid makeup remover. It's the best at removing mascara! This stuff is gentle and effective. I've dried house versions of this makeup remover but nothing compares. All generic brands seem to irritate my eyes, but Neutrogena's doesn't. It only takes a little bit to remove all your eye makeup - waterproof and all. It claims that there's "no oily residue" but I disagree. Other than that, this stuff rocks!

Effectively removed most stubborn make-up with natural ingredients that are easy on the skin. Nice smell too!

This makeup remover definitely does its job, but Im not convinced that it is "oil-free". I swear it leaves my eyes feeling oily afterwards!
