Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover is my go to makeup remover. I had in the past purchased a big name high-end brand version and I find that Neutrogena`s version is as effective and more affordable. I like that it is gentle and easy on my skin.

I like this product, and it works, but i dont think that it's oil free.. It is very oily.

It is hands down the only drugstore brand that removes stubborn waterproof mascara and eyeliner in a whim. It works like a charm every time, even for nasty stains from Benefit They're Real Mascara and Covergirl Biombshell mascara ! And it's never drying or leaving greasy residue on the skin. Perfect.

Love this! I have sensitive skin and find this to be incredibly gentle and effective - no intense rubbing, no reactions! Seriously, this even removes waterproof eyeliner like it's no thing. It does leave a bit of a residue but I always remove my eye makeup before my evening face cleansing anyway :)

This product did remove any and all eye makeup, but stung like the high heavens in the process. No jokes this product burned my eyes it hurt so bad. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

It gets rid of even the most stubborn eye makeup. It's sold at a decent price, and is high quality.

I love this product, I always re-purchase it when I run out of it. it's amazing and removes the makeup so easily. It doesn't have a greasy texture which is something I am always looking for in a makeup remover. LOVE IT
