Nivea 2 in 1 moisturizing primer is a great addition to any skin care routine when you want to shave off some time at getting ready or travelling.
# Igotitfree through chick advisor and was pleasently surprised at how this little jar of cream works. kept my skin feelig hydrated all day and made my makeup actually look smoother. its a great way to cut out a product in getting ready and perfect for travelling as it comes in a 50ml jar -allowable for air plane carry ons. I only wish it had an spf added to really step it up a notch.
I would reccomend this if you just don't have alot of time in the morning to get ready or for any travel as it fits perfectly in my purse!

I received this item as part of the Product Review Club. I only had a few days to try it before the deadline... I wished I had more time to try it out for a few more days. However within the 4 days that I used in the AM, I was pretty impressed with it. Having a 2 in 1, saves a bit of time from my usual morning routine. As a mosturizer, it wasn't greasy and smelled very nice. As a primer, it helped keep my concealer from creasing (usually towards the end of my day). Though I prefer the higher end primer that I'm using, this Nivea 2 in 1 is a great alternative for the price point.

I was very excited to receive and review this primer - I've tried a few different brands in the past and I am still searching for my HG product.

My first thoughts upon using the product were that it had a fresh scent (good) and the texture felt nice on my fingers. I also like that the primer feels cool on application. I was not crazy, however, about how the product felt once it had absorbed into my skin - it felt a bit tacky (I'm used to silicone based primers) and tight. I applied my foundation and the result was good, but no better than other products i've used in the past.

I've used the primer for several days in a row now and, while I do think that the product is worth it in terms of the staying powder of my makeup, I feel like I want more blurring/pore filling in a primer. When I looked at my skin up close throughout the day I felt like the texture of my skin and pores were not helped at all. Finally, I don't feel like I really get a lot of moisturization. If anything- my skin looked dry in some areas.

I tried the NIVEA 2-in-1 Moisturizing Primer Normal Skin for a week straight. Since I wear foundation almost every day, I was really excited to see if this 2-in-1 product would well - I'm always looking for ways to cut down on my getting ready routine! The product has a really smooth and slick feeling and absorbed very quickly into my skin. While I do think it helped provide a smooth canvas to apply my foundation on, I don't think that the moisturizer was hydrating enough for me. As the weather warms up though, I'll definitely be interested in seeing if it's enough hydration. I love the idea of having a combo moisturizer and primer product. #gotitfree

I really liked this moisturizer. It was light weight and didn't make my face feel oily but still my face didn't feel dry either. I also found my makeup staying on better thought out the day. Great 2 in 1 for the price. Does have a somewhat strong scent but not a bad scent.

Upon opening the jar, I was greeted with a heavy fragrance. However, this did not irritate my sensitive skin when I put it on and it surprisingly felt nice and refreshing! My skin is currently dry due to winter and becomes combination in the summer. The texture is more like a light cream, rather than a primer. It was moisturizing and provided a nice base for my make-up. However, I wouldn't exactly call this a heavy duty primer, but more of a light moisturizer with priming properties that would be perfect for everyday use. It would be good for sensitive skin, as it was with mine, which has a tendency to have eczema flare ups.

I liked the smell of it, and consistency. It absorbs into the skin fast, doesn't make the skin feel greasy. I was surprised to discover my skin didn't itch or break out from it, and that the cream didn't clog pores. I wished it was good for the eye area, too. I also loved the water that was included in the package, how fresh my skin felt after it removed my make up.

I received this product from the chick advisor product review club and I like it, don't love it. I had a small patch of eczema on my face due to food allergies and with just one application it is much better. The only thing I did not like about it was it slightly stung the small patch of eczema due to the fragrance in it. I would for sure add it to my daily routine before applying my makeup in the morning.

I'm already a fan of Nivea, but I love that they've combined 2 good products into one. I have been wanting to start using a primer more often, and I love that I can now get it combined with a moisturizer! It was easy to apply, and didn't leave my skin feeling greasy. My face felt fresh and clean.

I just received this in the mail and I'm in love with this.. and I'm not just saying that!

I've never tried a "moisturizing primer" before.. the only primer I've used is Smashbox Photofinish, but I find that despite doing a decent job, it feels too oily on my combination skin.
The NIVEA moisturizing primer feel much less oily than my smashbox primer and it actually feels good for my skin. I have an incredibly busy schedule and this 3-in-1 product is the best thing ever. I wash my face, tone, put this on and I'm ready to top it with my foundation. Sometimes I forget to use my standalone primer, which can be frustrating when I'm about to leave the door; This product makes sure I never leave the house without a primer because moisturizer is one thing I would never skip! I find that sometimes I don't even need to use foundation because of how baby bottom smooth this primer makes my skin. Now I don't have particularly bad skin at all but somehow this primer added a nice glow and made my skin even better than it was before. A little goes a long way and I promise you do not need much for your entire face. Also, to me, this has no scent which is great!

I usually use this moisturizing primer before I use my mattifying foundation and it's amazing because my foundation can sometimes look flaky on my skin, but the primer makes it go on so smooth and flawless. I have not tried it with my other normal foundation/BB creams because I find those foundations to be rather oily on my face as the weather gets warmer. I am not sure how well the primer would work with those foundations because like I said, this primer gives your skin a healthy, flawless glow (not in a oily way!), and I think it balances incredibly well with my mattifying foundation.

I #gotitfree but there is not way I'm not buying this after I"m done with it. Saves so much time and so amazed at how my skin looks with it.
