The Nivea Creme that I received to try for Chick Advisor worked really well. The creme is quite thick and is meant to help moisturize really dry skin, which it does! When I applied the product to my hands I was surprised to still feel the silky smoothness from using the product even a day after application. No other moisturizer that I've used has done that. According to Nivea the creme can be used anywhere on the body, including the face. Since the product is so thick I would be a little hesitant about putting it on my face. Nivea creme has a scent, but it is light and not at all obtrusive, which I appreciate. While you don't really need much creme; a little goes a long way, it is a little on the expensive side. The small tin (150 ml) retails for about $8.00, and while the tiny tin looks cute it is challenging to open especially once the outside of the tin becomes slippery with use. Although the tin may be the iconic Nivea look, I would really like if it came in another product container that was easier to open and use. All in all, a product that is well designed to add moisture to your skin.

This is a very thick cream. I always see it on the shelf but have never tried it for myself until now. I've talked to others who say their mothers and grandmothers swear by it and they have the nicest skin, so there's proof it works as well! While it does a very good job moisturizing, and I LOVE the tin, the scent is a turn-off for me. I think it's a standard Nivea scent, but I just found this too overpowering, do I dare say a little old lady-ish?. It does however work well for very dry skin that needs extra moisture. It was a little greasy for me, but I am fairly oily as it is, so someone with dry skin would likely benefit from this. The small 10ml tin was what I was sent to try through the PRC, and it's great for my purse, just wish the scent was a little less strong! Overall, a nice cream for very dry skin.

I now understand why this creme is so popular! It's gentle enough for my sensitive skin and my baby's. With the weather constantly changing we've both experienced random dry patches on our skin and this creme has done an excellent job of restoring moisture and clearing those right up!

I have always seen this signature blue can of cream since I was a kid but never really had the chance to buy one myself but after trying this trial product, I'm in love with it!!! I used to think that this rich in texture kinda cream is only for the super drying out people but that's not 100% true; it provides my hands, arms, legs, wherever you apply on, with extra softness and long lasting moisture! This cream smells very nice too! It will now forever be in my "must buy" check list. :) Thanks for the free trial!

This product works great! My family used it for generations. It's my grand-mother who introduced me to this product. I used it since (for 20 years now).
During winter time, I run outside when it's very cold. When my hands get dry and fragile, I use it to heal them quickly. Plus, I can use it to prevent excessive dryness.
Finaly, I had problems with my skin while I was pregnant. Parts were so dry. It was the only way to repair it.

The smell is a little strong but It doesn't bother me sort of reminds me of my Nanny, the Creme itself is thick but if you work it in the skin it absorbs quite quickly and doesn't leave you greasy at all. I have been using this on my wrist and hands, and at night I like to put it on some of my dry areas on my face makes my skin feel very refreshed in the morning. When I am wearing makeup I do like to use another moisturizer and then put the Nivea Creme on top kind of like a primer let it soak in a few seconds then put your foundation on top looks great! I will definitely be buying this product!

I received this creme from Chick Advisor in exchange for my honest review. First, I just love the tin the creme comes in! Great for sticking in your pocket or purse. I loved the scent, reminds me of my mom, she used to use nivea creme when I was much younger. I used this creme as a hand and body lotion, it has a thick consistency and little went a long way. The creme absorbed into my skin fast and left my skin feeling soft and smooth with no stickiness or greasiness. Will definitely be buying this creme in the near future!

The Nivea Creme is naturally scented and comes in a beautiful looking bottle. I loved that it did not make my skin feel weighed down and greasy but still provided the much-needed moisture

This is a nice moisturizer with a light fragrance. It's totally classic - I remember my mother using this when I was growing up! I think there's a reason it's still around. It has a moderate consistency and applies smoothly. I found it was a bit slower to absorb into my skin than some other brands. It worked well on my arms and legs and kept them moisturized. I did not find it to be that effective on the rougher skin on my heels. It's a bit pricier than some of the other drugstore brands so I'm not sure I would buy it again since it's effectiveness was similar to other products on the market.
