I love this cream!! This has so many uses and is good for pretty much anything! I like that I can also use it on my 10 year old daughter without worrying. It's great for any small spots that need that extra moisturizer. I even use it as a moisturizer on my face and neck and works so well. It's got a very slight scent which is very pleasant.

I used the Nivea Creme on my really dry elbows before bed and by morning, there was a huge improvement! i used it for a few more nights and my elbows are looking so much better. Definitely going to repurchase.

This creme is a bit heavy and can be a bit hard to rub. For my skin, it does not absorb well enough to be used as a day cream, but I like it for the evening. I find it hard to rub in because of the thickness, but if you press it in, it seems to absorb quite well. When I wake up in the morning, my face does not feel tight and dry at all.

I have dry skin and I didn't think this product would work. But I was wrong. I really moisturize my skin without leaving it greasy. I will definitely use Nivea creme during the cold weather months.

Nivea Creme seems like one of those ubiquitous products most households would have for use by just about anyone. It's been around since 1911 so you've probably seen or used it before!

Nivea Creme is very thick and dense, with a classic soap/face cream scent. It can apparently be used all over, from hands to body to face. I enjoy it most as a body cream, and I was surprised to find it soaks into skin faster than I expected for such a thick formula. I've also tried using it on my cuticles/nails, and it's not my favourite for that (I prefer oils/thick butters), but it works decently. I didn't try using it on my face as I'd already dipped my fingers in the pot and I didn't want to cross-contaminate.

I think Nivea Creme has a pretty good, basic formula that would appeal to most people. I can definitely see putting a tub of it in the bathroom for use by the whole family and any guests.

Note there is a difference between the North American and European formulas -- it appears we have the Euro version in Canada (or at least that's what I received from ChickAdvisor). The Euro version looks to be a better formula than the NA one.

This is THE BEST creme hands down and we always keep tubs and tubs of it in our house. Also the packaging is neutral so even the boys reach for this without thinking it's for girls. Provides just the right amount of moisturizing and does not leave behind a greasy feel. Two thumbs up!

I really like this cream. My hands get so dry washing them all the time and this cream 100% fixed them. I find my legs super dry after the summer of too much sun and this cream totally fixed them. My legs are silky smooth.

Scent & Physical Qualities:
Nivea Creme has a pleasant subtle fresh scent. It has a wonderful creamy texture that's not sticky or wet.

Performance/Effectiveness:
The sides of my face (especially my cheeks) tend to be dry. I do a lot of work in the yard, so my fingertips are quite rough. Also, I have some really dry spots on my right elbow and knee where I tend to lean and kneel. I lightly applied Nivea Creme to all of these areas. It was easy for me to massage the creme into the cracks and wrinkles on my skin, and the creme was quickly absorbed. All in all, I was very pleased with the effectiveness of NIVEA creme. The positive results were almost immediate. My skin felt smooth and hydrated upon applying the creme. What's more impressive is that a single application of the creme was enough to leave the skin on my cheeks still feeling smooth 2 days later. My only criticism of NIVEA creme is that it didn't do a great job of making my fingertips and elbow feel smooth/hydrated a few hours after applying it to these areas. I guess it's not great for smoothing out skin that has significant abrasions or rough patches.

The Verdict:
My household has been using Nivea Creme for several years, and we will continue to use it since it's an effective moisturizer for most areas of the body. All the members of my household can feel comfortable using Nivea Creme because of its mild scent. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to a friend.

I like Nivea. Its one of those creams that really moisturizes and does not dry out quickly. I love the smell of Nivea and its gentle enough for sensative skin. You dont need to use a whole lot. A little goes a long way. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and soft. The price is not bad. I would reccommend to those who are looking for something to really help with dry skin.
