Another One of Tessa's Faves

I was given the chance to try Nivea MicellAIR Water for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club in exchange for my honest review #gotitfree

Specially designed for dry and sensitive skin, this micellar water that acts as an all in one makeup remover and cleanser. It promises to leave 0% product residue when used, and that users won't have to rinse off anything, truly a one step process. For a large 400mL bottle, you can purchase this for under $10 at drugstores, pharmacies, and online. It's easy to find in store and extremely gentle. As the product packaging promised, I was able to use this on my face, eyes and lips, without any irritation. I did have to go through quite a bit of product to remove the makeup and cleanse my face, but as the bottle is quite large and the price well within budget brands, that doesn't present too much of a problem. I really appreciate the product not containing any perfume or fragrance, as this often contributes to irritation.

My one critique of it would be that it wasn't super effective in removing lipstick or lipgloss, but worked very well to remove mascara, eye shadow, foundation, blush, and concealer of various coverages. I would much rather use this micellar water with its relatively brief ingredient list and gentle approach than makeup removal wipes or harsh cleansers.

Nivea Micellar Water = Amazing!

I have been using the NIVEA MicellAIR Micellar Water for dry and sensitive skin for about a week now.

It does well at removing my mascara and more importantly does not irritate my eyes. I don't wear makeup other than mascara so I can't say how it would do beyond mascara. I don't need a lot of product either so for the price (approx. $9 for 400mL) I can see the bottle lasting me a few months at least with daily use.

I do not find there is a residue or sticky feeling left on my skin like I have found with other brands. My skin feels refreshed and dare I say cleaner than before I use the product.

There have been a couple late nights and early mornings where this was all I used to cleanse my skin (bad I know) but I have not woken up with any negative issues.

I also love the bottle. Its shape is easy to hold on to and the lid is one of the better designed ones. The flip top is smooth with no extra spout on it and I have found it easier to dispense the amount of product I want as well as no unnecessary drops. Less wasted product!

I would definitely buy this again when I run out and recommend this to anyone looking for a Micellar water to add to their routine.

Une eau démaquillante à la hauteur!

J'ai eu la chance d'essayer gratuitement l'eau micellaire Nivea pour peau sèche et sensible grâce à Chickadvisor. Je suis toujours à la recherche de bon démaquillant pour le visage car je trouve difficile d'avoir un produit qui démaquille bien, sans assécher la peau. Et bien ce produit remplit cette mission! L'eau micellaire a un parfum subtil et agréable, j'ai réussi à me démaquiller facilement, et même à enlever du mascara hydrofuge (ce qui est rare avec une eau micellaire!) et la peau de mon visage est bien nettoyée et hydratée, avec aucune sensation de sécheresse par la suite. C'est un très bon produit que je rachèterai très probablement par la suite. Lorsqu'on trouve un produit efficace, on doit lui rester fidèle!

I know I would like this micellar water before I have even tried it. Because I have been using Nivea 3 in 1 micellar water and I love that one too. This Nivea micellair water for dry and sensitive skin cleans everything off my face yet very gentle. It feels just like water but cleans my make up with few wipes. It leaves my skin refreshed and can "breath" again. I do not break out at all using this. I am going to purchase again after I finish this bottle.

Surprising Results

I received this product free from Chick Advisor. I've been using Nivea Micellair Water for Dry and Sensitive skin for a few days and I'm surprised by the results. I am prone to acne and I usually use an acne cleaner so I was expecting to break out like crazy but instead my skin has been clear and a little less oily. When I used it to remove my makeup at the end of the day, I was shocked at how easy it was to remove my eye makeup. With most cleansers, it takes a lot of rubbing to remove all my mascara but with the Micellair Water it didn't take much to take all of it off. I've also stopped using my regular moisturizer as my skin did not feel dry like with most cleansers.

All in all, I would recommend this product. It's easy to use and very effective.

i would for sure recommend this to others. this is perfect to remove all makeup, dirt and residue and know for sure it is off. it doesnt really have any smell to it like other products i would use and doesnt burn the eyes!

Un produit rafraîchissant à tester sans hésitation

J’ai testé gratuitement grâce à chick advisor l’eau micellaire de Nivea. J’ai apprécié tout particulièrement son efficacité pour demaquiller, nettoyer et hydrater la peau. Pas besoin d’appliquer une grosse quantité du produit pour qu’il soit efficace! J’ai aimé aussi le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de parfum ayant une peau très sensible.

It feel very soothing very good makeup remover, and moisturizer not a bad smelling product it has no smell, but it works perfect I really like this stuff

Works

Removes most of my makeup keeping in mind that I wear waterproof mascara and eyeliner. I still need to use another product to rid of my eye makeup. It is lightly scented that fades quickly and feels light and fresh. No tacky feeling and non-drying. Face feels tingly for a few seconds after use which does not bother me at all but may bother others.

I really liked this micellar water! It has a watery consistency, I would say you could mistaken it as water except for the faintest scent to it. It removes my sunscreen well, as I haven't broken out after using it to remove it. I wasn't sure if it cleansed well, so I wiped again with another micellar water, and it came up clean! So it does clean well!

It leaves my skin feeling very refreshed and clean, without a feeling of residue being left behind. This is a big plus for me.

I think this is definitely a repurchase for me!
