I picked up the nspa instant blur primer from Wal-Mart because it was on sale so I thought I would try it out. It isn't my favourite primer but it does a good enough job. I find that it kind of separates in the tube so requires some shaking before you squeeze it out. The instructions actually suggest that you shake it before application. It is a pretty thin consistency, but blends into the skin well. It also does a good job of brightening my skin.
