Great supplement

I like magnesium for sleep assistance but hadn’t been using it much in the last few years. I was sent this to try and it’s a welcome addition to my sleep aid tools!

Woke up feeling refreshed!

These are great for when you’ve been restless or tossing and turning. I noticed that I actually did fall asleep much quicker, and woke up feeling refreshed! No grogginess in the morning is a WIN!
Only downside is that I was actually a bit nervous to take these pills because they’re quite large!

We really enjoy this product, I have problems sleeping so the magnesium is a great help for me, definitely recommend. This is a great item to try and magnesium has so many benefits

Helps to fall asleep

I received a bottle of Orange Naturals Magnesium Sleep Support free of charge to try. I’ve tried taking one capsule before bed for the past 5 nights and it really has worked in helping me relax and fall asleep more quickly. The capsule is easy to swallow, with no flavour or scent. I was hoping this product would help me stay asleep through the night since I wake up around 2:30am (after going to bed at about 10:00), but the 4-1/2 hours of sleep are very restful.

I have been taking this supplement for a few nights now. I have noticed that I'm sleeping better and not walking up in the middle of the night. Also I feel more relaxed.

Got this as a sample. Love the product. As someone who has problems sleeping I started taking these and it helped me fall asleep faster. Would definitely recommend to everyone who wants a good night's sleep.

Quick, easy sleep

This magnesium sleep blend definitely works to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. However, I am finding that it also reduces deep sleep (for me, tracked per smart watch). The nights I've taken this supplement my tracker shows significantly less deep and rem sleep. Coincidence? I am not sure.
I will certainly recommend and will continue to use for the occassional night of restlessness, trouble falling asleep.

Better sleep

This is my first time trying Orange Naturals Magnesium Sleep Support and I am impressed. I've tried melatonin in the past with mixed results but after a week if use Magnesium Sleep Support has helped me stay asleep for the night. It has helped to limit the number if times I wake up during the night. The pills are not huge and are easy to take. The one thing that I really am frustrated with though is the small printing on the bottle that outlines your suggested dose and what the product contains. The small writing is pointless, without a magnifying glass or your smart phone there is no way you could read the information. Thus is not acceptable. So from a functional point of view the product works great, from a label design it needs work. #orangenaturals @thisisbutterly @chickadvisor @orangenaturals

Slept great

I've been using this product for three nights and and I feel like I definitely slept longer than usual. Normally I get 5 hours a night but having taken two capsules at nighttime I got well over 8 hours. However on the day when I awoke from my alarm I found myself more tired than usual.

Kind of impressed

I only just received this product About a week ago and I must say I’m slightly impressed. I know I haven’t been taking them long but I noticed a difference in my sleep already. It’s a little easier than normal to fall asleep. Hopefully they continue to work !
