Great garlic press! Tried it out tonight with some homemade pancit, which is my husband's favourite dish. He did the cooking, but I insisted on trying to garlic press to compare it to our old one, haha. Very sturdy, great construction and opens and closes smoothly without problems. I like that the part with the holes (that squeezes the garlic) is attached, as on my old one it's loose and sometimes falls out. No chance I'll lose this one. Because of the way that part is hinged on, it's still completely accessible for cleaning and really easy to do so.

Can crush two cloves at once easily, without too much pressure. Squeezing the handles you can tell it's a good quality stainless steel and that they're not going to bend. This item also comes with a free garlic peeler around the handle in the box and a small cleaning brush.

In case you're wondering what that piece of silicone wrapped around the handle is, that's a garlic peeler! I already have one, so I recognised it. Put the garlic inside the pouch and roll it on the counter while pressing down. Tip the pouch up and the garlic will fall out, with the skin sticking to the pouch. Very handy.

I would recommend this garlic press over my current model, you can definitely feel the quality!
