This is brilliant, you shower as per usualy then after cleaning your hair you massage this through the length and ends wait 5 minutes and rinse. Normall my hair feels a tad rought, it always has but this made it so smooth and shiny! Loved it and would definitely buy again. A little bit of product goes a long way.
