I bought these a while ago as I wanted to increase my fibre intake and they were cheaper than the regular fibre 1 bars. However, they really didn't make my stomach feel good and there was a weird aftertaste when I tried them. Not sure if I just had a bad batch, but it's really turned me off from trying them again.
